Sumo deadlifts, medicine ball squats, trunk rotations, ab crush throws(throw the ball to the ground as hard as possible using your abs), weighted push pass. You could stand on it and balance with 2 or 1 foot(eyes open or closed..closed is much more difficult). Hold it above your face when you do crunches. Put it between your legs when you do leg lifts.
