where would you buy Cinnamon chips in Cananda?

I have bought them at the Bulk Barn, that is if you have one near you, some grocery stores sell them in the baking section with the Chocolate, Butterscotch and other Chipets brand items, I have even bought the "Skor" toffee ones to at the grocery store and BB, if you have any Dollar stores around you they tend to carry some or other slightly obscure items at that. alot depends were you are here in the Great White North, being as I am from Toronto the centre of the universe, I can get anything, but that is just me.
