    Well it depends.

What makes you think someone's spying on you?

Are they physically watching you? Monitoring your movements? Shadowing you on the internet?

You're not too specific about these suspicions.

The real answer to that is, usually if someone's spying on you, they make themselves scarce. So finding out is difficult unless you use counter-espionage methods.

Maybe research spy craft over the internet. Go to the library and read books about it.

Thinking that someone is spying on you is an act of vanity.

You are in Canada. They are not spying. They only want a coffee. Go talk with them.

the whole point of spying, is so that the person that you're spying on, doesn't know that you're spying on them.

Spy on them to see if you can catch them spying on you.

Or better ,,, disinformation,,, Do really unusual , out of the ordinary things , strange bizarre things even.

If your suspect knows about them that'll give you a clue .

Are you referring following you as well... And do you drive?

If so, i have a suggestion to know if someone is following you.

" Do/turn 3 rights (street), if a car is doing those same 3 right turns, then they are following you.

When you see them trying to hide behind the tree that's too skinny...Other than that you may not know until they say "I saw you creepin' out with Tyrone!"

If they're any good at it, you won't.
