Once again, how do I copy still images from a paused video?

I want to play video on (You Tube) pause it then take a copy of the paused/still image, can this be done, If so how?

If not why not?

Do I need a special program or software, if so what?

I’ve asked this question but the suggestions given didn't work?

I've tried the print screen button nothing happens. When I right click I have the following options:

Copy video URL

Copy video URL at current time

Pop out

Report playback issue

Take speed test

Stop download

Show video info

Copy debug info

Settings

Global settings

    Well what I used is LightShot. Its a free screen shot type of deal. http://lightshot.skillbrains.com/

    It does freeze your screen, and you have to press the Prt Scr. button which is normally located by the backspace button or around the scroll lock, etc. http://www.windows-help-central.com/image-files/wi...

    Also, When you take the screen shot you click the up arrow and it will make a link. Then, its easy to share and presto!

    If youre using windows 7 or vista, start up the sniplet program. that will allow you to take a snap shot of whatever is on your screen.

    sniplet comes with windows 7 and vista.
