Would Israel threaten to attack Turkey or any other country if they decided to build a nuclear power station?
or is it just Iran who have not attacked another country for over 300 years. Can Israel in its short 64 year old history say the same ?
@ Shay P Sorry mate you are wrong. It was Iraq that invaded Iran and as the Israelis say they had the right to defend themselves.

Yes, Israel bombed the nuclear power plant that was being build in Iraq and also bombed the one that was being build in Syria. Israel doesn't want any country in the middle east to progress. They want all these countries to remain poor and weak. Israel will not fight any country that is equal to them.Iran isn't being threaten because they may develop nuclear weapons. If Iran is able to build a modern army, navy, and air force they will not need nuclear weapons to defend its self again Israel. Israel doesn't want this to happen. Iran's army is about 8 times larger then Israel.therefore Israel is trying to get the US o fight their war for them. This Israeli rant again Iran is also a smoke screen to distract attention away from their land stealing and settlement building in the west bank. With friends like Israel you don't need any enemies

The ONLY reason Israel has expressed a desire to stop Iran's nuclear program is because Iran has promised to destroy Israel, and if Iran had a nuclear bomb, their stated goal of destroying Israel would be all too possible. Israel MUST stop Iran simply out of self defense. If Iran doesn't like it when countries (like Israel) take Iran at her word, then Iran should not say things that those countries won't like to see Iran try to do. The claim that Iran has not attacked another country for over 300 years is meaningless even if it were true since past history is no indication of future events.
You asked, "Can Israel in its short 64 year old history say the same (that is, that they have not attacked another country for over 300 years)?" Yes. Israel can make that claim. Israel has only ever RETALIATED after having already been attacked. Thanks for asking.
Iran brought all this upon themselves, and they will glow in the dark because of it.
You bringing up Turkey is a red herring.

Would you believe that a decade ago Israel was discussing buying water from Turkey?

1. No one is threatening anyone over a power station.
The Arab states, Israel, US and UK all agree that Iran cannot be trusted with a nuclear weapon.
In fact, the west offered them free fuel rods if they would stop enriching uranium well past the point needed for fuel and instead for weapons. Iran refused.
2. Iran has attacked many other countries. Iran attacks Israel through its proxies, Hezbollah and Hamas.
Iran has attacked and threatened Arab states.
Iran slaughters Sunni Muslims.
And Iran bombed the Jewish Community Center in Argentina and also the Israeli embassy in Argentina in the 1990s.

why Turkey!! its a nice country :(
anyway i think Israel will threaten any country it wants that has any kind of nuclear stations or weapons (especially Islamic or/and Arab countries)
as for Iran....they're cowards -_- i dare them to drop a bomb on Israel. they have no feelings cause if they have they'll know they'll effect neighboring countries next to Israel (Sinai (in Egypt) Jordan, Palestine (Gaza and West Bank) Syria and Lebanon)

No, because Turkey has stronger international ties with the West. Iran dousnt so Israel can bully Iran.

Israel would attack anyone for two pennies. Israel is the world's enemy, the ultimate rogue nation. Israel has stolen land from the Palestinians, the Syrians, the Egyptians. The sooner it ceases to exist (in a peaceful way of course) the better.

And what´s so special about Turkey? Is Turkey something sacred, like that joke moslems call "he sacred koran"? Israel made it very clear thatit would not tolerate the threat to its security and its laws from anyone when Israel intercepted Marmara and sent nine turkish bandits to see Allah.
So, if Turkey threatened to destroy Israel, like Iran does, and then started building the devices that are not necessary if the atomic program is peaceful, but that are absolutely a must if you are after the nuclear weapons, and if Turkey started to enrich uranium to over 20% - Israel would attack Turkey.

Michael, stop pretending, Iran has ample fuel supply to last a thousand years, they have no need for a nuclear power station..... you and I know Iran threatened Israel, over and over, and any country that flagrantly threatens Israel with annihilation should be and will be dealt with in such a manner that would render it incapable of making true their threat,
AS for building a nuclear power station NO, Israel has no problem with that.
As for Iran, are you really detached from reality, have you forgotten the Iran-Iraq War 1980-1988 ?
