can the bank hold my tax refund cheque?

Got my $40.00 tax refund cheque, I know it's not a lot, but will the bank hold it. I'm with TD, if that makes a difference!

You need to ask TD about this, as hold policies are different for each customer:

"As it is a credit decision, our hold funds policy is applied differently

for each customer."

They base that decision usually on the customer, not who wrote the cheque. Do they hold your other cheques? If so, they will hold this one too.
