My Apple Motion file is WAY to big for 16 GB flashdrive?

I don't understand why my file is so big!

I tried to save it on my 16GB flash drive and it says the file is too big for it!!!

PLEASE HELP QUICKLY!!! I AM DESPERATE!!!

    1..Launch Disk Utility, located at /Applications/Utilities/.

    2..In the list of drives attached to your Mac, select the USB flash drive device.

    3..Click the ‘Partition’ tab.

    4..Select ‘1 Partition’ from the Volume Scheme dropdown menu.

    5.. **Select NTFS from the Format dropdown menu.

    6..Click the ‘Options’ button.

    7..Select ‘GUID Partition Table’ from the list of available partition schemes.

    8..Click ‘OK.’

    Click the ‘Apply’ button.

    Warning: All data on your flash drive will be erased.

    click on share in the menu bar

    then export it as h.264 or apple pro res 4444 or 442

    this should be fine if you want a movie

    otherwise compress it in a achieve file.

    format the flashdrive as NTFS because it can copy a single file bigger than 4GB

    fat32 can only copy a single file no bigger than 4GB
