Why have so many Lebanese Christians left Lebanon?

It seems sad to me. The country was once majority Christian, and the religion has played such an important role in their countries History. Why have so many left?

The life expectancy of Christians there has been greatly reduced. It is safer to leave if you want to live long.

Mainly to make money in other countries. Muslims leave also, the only difference is the Christians have 2 to 3 children while the Muslims have normally 5 to 8 children per woman.

Economic and political reasons.. Looks like fighting is starting again. The Syrian mess might well spill over borders and cause a lot of harm.

Oh, I don't know. it could have something to do with the Palestinian and al qaida terrorists threatening to murder them in their beds.
