Is it worthless to do abs exercises every 30 minutes for 15 minutes ?

I am sick of seeing no results, so what if I performed extreme abs exercises

Like every 30 minutes I do 15 minutes of abs exercises, which means like doing exercises 20 times in one day

Will this be effective or will I just injure myself ?

    it's almost always going to be more about diet rather than exercise if a person wants visible ab muscles.

    and if a person is already low body fat and they don't have good ab muscle development it's because they don't train them correctly with added resistance rather than high repetition ab exercises.
