Could I get some nutrition tips?

I am planning on leaning out and building some muscle I am in good shape I just want to basically get in better shape for gymnastics. I cannot get enough calories ( like 800-900 a day and I need 1500. I eat mainly paleo due to the fact that things like oatmeal and gluten bothers my tummy also I am lactose intlerant. Do you guys have any ideas on what I could do? Thank you very much! :)

This website has a list of vegan acceptable foods that have protein and lists how much grams per serving: http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/protein.htm

An easy way to get more calories in is having frequent meals instead of just 3 large ones. Try creating a list that contains 5 medium sized meals a day that each contain 300 calories. This might work for you.

A vegan/vegetarian diet offers an astounding range of health, environmental and moral benefits.

As long as you eat a balanced Vegan diet consisting of legumes, nuts, fruits/vegetables and grains, you should get plenty of proteins and vitamins.

You may also wish to take Iron/vitamin B supplements along with flax seed oil.

The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like we used to back in the day, way back in the day. If a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you. Read more https://tr.im/thepaleodiet

This means anything we could hunt or find meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds. Sorry, the pasta, cereal, and candy will have to go! Instead, you’ll be making things like chicken stir fry and paleo spaghetti.

I wanted to know more about nutrition for body builders myself. I found this good ebook http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=291. It helped.
