Pit Bull laws in Vancouver?

Are there any laws in Vancouver, BC regarding Pit Bulls?

    there are no laws currently in vancouver, british columbia against pit bulls ... but given the two recent attacks on two separate kids within the last week, there is talk of discussing a ban ... landlords and apartment buildings are allowed to specify what breeds of dogs and what size of dogs are allowed or not allowed ...

    No there aren't. I see them everywhere and they're licensed with the city (as required for ALL pets).

    Please note that just because the city does not have any bylaws does NOT mean buildings don't. So if you're in the market to rent or buy, please check the bylaws and restrictions so you don't end up with a lease or purchase that won't allow your dog to come with you!

    No, it was revoked in 2005 when they realized it didn't work.
