At STP, one mole of gas occupies 22.4 L.
Atomic weights: H=1, H2=2, C=12, O=16, CO2=44
Density of H2: 2g/22.4L = 0.0893 g/L
Density of CO2: 44/22.4 = 1.96 g/L
Density6 increases as molecular weight increases.
