    Contents.

Index is something you'd find in Non-Fiction.

    Two different things.

A table of contents is in the beginning of a book and usually breaks things down by chapter.

An index is at the end of a book, usually only in a non fiction book, and it attempts to alphabetically list every important word in the book with the page(s) it can be found on.

A novel is always fiction, so fiction novel is redundant. A novel is also usually a book, although it can also be an audio or a digital book.

Table of Contents. It gives you the chapter names.

And fiction novel is redundant. Just say fiction or just novel.
