The best way to answer this question is to graph the data points.

a. lag phase is from 0 hours to about 4 hours. the exponential phases occurs from 4 hours to 12 hours. the stationary phase is from 12 to 20 hours. i guess theres not a death phase.

b. This exhibits exponential growth. # of cells at time t = initial amount of cell * e ^ rate * time

the population of yeast cells cannot go beyond 600; this is the carrying capacity.
