Gas furnace problems!?

I have a gas furnace that is only 3 years old. Yesterday it started to blow cold air so I can changed the filter and as that thermostat is old I changed that too but no look. It has an electric pilot on it, but the fan is working and air coming through the house is cold. With that I noticed that our water wasn't hot so I checked the boiler. The pilot light was on but the burner wasn't lit. Another quick fix I thought so changed the thermo-coupler. It is only 3 years old. I was trying to listen after resetting everything and I don't hear any water going into the boiler. Can that effect everything???
