What kind of cookies should i bake?

I'm really bored and its raining out so i can't go anywhere, so I'm going to bake. I can't make up my mind what to bake though... any suggestions (even non-cookie ones) will be greatly appreciated.

Update:

Btw recently i have already baked chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, sticky toffee pudding, peanut butter jam thumprint cookies, sweet cornbread and syrup..... so anything outside of the box would be awesome. :) thanks again to all the ppl suggesting things.

The best cookies I have made was Peanut Butter Criss Cross cookies.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup of peanut butter

    1 cup of sugar

    1 egg

    Preheat the oven to 350

Put the sugar in the bowl first so the peanut butter doesn't stink to the bowl.

Add the peanut butter and egg and mix until all the sugar, egg, and pb combine.

Scoop onto a greased foil pan.

Take a fork and dip into sugar to criss cross the cookies. This makes the cookies flatter and have a pattern.

Repeat putting it in sugar till you are done with all cookies (you dip it into sugar so the cookies don't stick to fork.)

Put in oven for 8-10 min and cool for 5 minutes.

The are so delicious. They should look like this at the end: http://www.tsgcookin.com/2011/03/criss-cross-peanu...

Source(s): I made these a ton of times and this was the very first recipe I ever learned.

Hmm it honestly depends on what you like and what you are in the mood for. If you are in the mood for something sweet try sugar cookies. If you want a classic try chocolate chip. If you are in the mood for something such as oatmeal raisin try them. Hope this helped and have fun cooking.
