Canada is huge, and I don't know how far you would be willing to go for a dress, but last year me and alot of my friends got our dresses at a small store in Waterloo ON called Kindred spirits. Its a small store on King street but it has alot of dresses and they're all really pretty. Also, toronto has tons of stores where you could go. I know BCBG has alot of good ones.
