What does the French word triso mean?
I am bilingual but I just moved to a region where they use a different version of French then I'm used to. I've heard people say and seen people write "T'est ben triso" and I have no idea what this means. I know "t'est ben" means "you're so" but I have no idea what "triso" means, plz help

"triso" for "trisomique". A "trisomique" is a person with Down syndrome. It can be used as insult (=stupid). Then, "t'es ben triso" for "Tu es bien trisomique", "You're really a trisomic (you're stupid)"

Tu es bien triste ? triste is sad. It is the familiar form of you are so sad. Triso is not a word I have heard of.

It's a very politically incorrect insult. "Triso" is short for "trisomique" = Down's syndrome sufferer.
"You're such a tard" or "you're such a retard".Source(s): Native French speaker :)
