Is PKU and Huntington disease the same thing?

In my textbook it shows the PKU is what causes brain damage and nerve damage. Huntington disease is what affects the nerve cell. The symptoms of that is loss of muscular control and brain function. Isn't that practically the same thing? Can someone explain to me?!
