My girlfriend and I are a lesbian and biracial couple. We are considering moving to Canada.?
Is there an area where they don't discriminate against black and white lesbian couples?

Yes, Canada won't discriminate against same-sex couples. It's immigration system treats you just the same as any other couple.
In order to apply for permanent residency, you must meet the same requirements as any other person. You need either: a highly skilled job offer in specific professions (doctor, nurse, engineer, specialized trades, etc.) from a company able to hire foreign workers and then complete for one of 10,000 positions each year based on age, education, job experience, language skills, etc.; have a net worth of $1.6M and invest $800k in Canada; be married to a Canadian citizen willing to sponsor you; complete certain university degrees in Canada and then find employment shortly after graduating; obtain a nomination from one of the provinces (doctor willing to work in a remote community, world class performing artist, able to buy/run a farm, etc.). You then need background checks, medical exams, proof of finances, proof of your marriage or common-law relationship, etc. Processing times are upwards of three years.
Larger cities are typically more tolerant. Montreal, Vancouver, and parts of Toronto. However, few immigrants have a choice of where to live due to job requirements.
