Tight foreskin trouble?

Hey, so I'm 17 years-old, and have never retracted my foreskin, nor has it happened naturally on any level. I don't know what is really going on, because I feel as if the physical appearance of my foreskin hasn't changed at all. And when I say it can't retract at all, I really do mean at all.

A question I have, is on what would be the "12:00 o'clock" portion of the foreskin, there's some kind of flap, and I don't know if I should be gently sliding that backwards so that there wouldn't be a "flap"-like structure anymore and then stretch it, so what it it?

And also, how can I go about retracting my foreskin??

Thanks

If you have waited to age 17, I wonder if you really want to retract your foreskin.

You must have retracted it a little bit because you apparently have discovered the frenulum.

If your foreskin bunches up behind the head when you retract you most likely have a short frenulum (frenulum breve). Test it by pulling back on the foreskin. If the head of your penis bends down when you pull back your foreskin, you have frenulum breve.

You can stretch the frenulum manually just like you do your foreskin. That is the best course of action if the frenulum is too short to permit your foreskin to retract.

There also is a minor operation to relieve the frenulum, called frenuloplasty and another called frenectomy. One of these might be necessary, if the stretching does not work.

Don’t let anyone sell you a circumcision. Circumcision is NOT necessary to treat this condition.
