    It is not :

    Did you have a legal consent of the compagny or individual for the divulgation of the information ?

    Does it have a prejudicial impact of the said compagny or individual ?

    Does it imply a breach of security or a protected information ?

    Does it endanger the welfare of an individual ?

    If you anwser wrong to these question it can have serious legal repercusion on you.. even prison

    The media won't diffuse any confidential or classified information unless they are stupid
