Can someone edit my short paragraph? My grammar is not good?

anyone who graduated high school please. thank you

Marshall suggests if parents use consequences in place of punishment, they can relieve stress, gain child’s respect and achieve great long lasting results. Parenting can be difficult when handling misbehaving children. The most common method to solve the situation is punishment. However, punishments such as spanking or lecture will only create unnecessary effort. For example, angry parents can lose their temper quickly and say something that they don’t mean. That can result in hurting the child’s feelings and next time they will just remember not to get caught. When logical consequence is used, children can realize their wrong actions and learns on their own. Marshall wants to remind parents that once punishment is removed, so are the authority children usually fight against. Doing so, parents will gain their child’s respect, because they are willing to learn from adults who treat them equally. Therefore, the purpose here is to establish long-term effects and create a positive reinforcement between the parent and child.

SORRY FOR THE CAPS THEY'RE SO YOU'LL NOTICE). For example, angry parents can lose their temper quickly and say something that they don’t mean. This can result in the child’s hurt feelings, and, next time, they will just remember not to get caught. I fixed it, just a few tips :

Never, ever use a comma before a conjunction (like because).

Effort doesn't make sense, really. What do you mean? It could be anything. Effort is a hard word to use, so it's okay, if you just fix that up it's perfect.

Last thing, your grammar is good.
