Online Tutoring !!!!?

So last year a salesman from a online tutoring program came to our house, we thought it was great so we signed up for it. The salesman also said that "You can disconnect/cut it in a year if your child's grades don't improve and they sort of didn't. We pay $250/Month still. We keep calling them and they start to argue with us and keep on giving us other phone numbers to contact. What should we do? Help!!

Report it to the Better Business Buerea. Contact them via phone and tell them to quit charging you or you will get an attorney and press civil charges. Change your bank card to a new one at the bank or switch to a new bank altogether. Sorry you fell for this type of scam. Did you sign a contract? If so, you are bound to it, unless they are not doing what they said they would.
