Four times you've asked this in 5 hour... Well here goes, the picture is very noisy, there is a cluttered mess for a background, looks like the skin was over softened, not sure where the focal point was supposed to be... It should have been the eyes, but they were not it. Composition is bad, the light bulb near the subject's head is competing for attention, blown highlights, etc. just to mention a few of the problems. Try again as it is not a good picture in any way.

The fact that you cannot personally see the MANY OBVIOUS things that are bad about that photo tells me that photography should not be your hobby.
