how do i access Udisk in standby/hibernate mode?

    Actually if it is in "standby" where just your display has gone to sleep, but the computer is still active, it should just work.

    But if it is in "suspend" (where RAM is powered, but CPU is in low power sleep mode) or "hibernate", you need to set the BIOS of that computer to "Wake on LAN" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wake-on-LAN and figure out how to initiate that from the computer you want to access it from. If using hibernate also make sure that computer is configured to boot to that OS if you have a boot loader with multiple operating systems. If you use grub, there is a way to set that to remember and default to the last operating system that was successfully booted or a specific menu entry as always the default.
