It depends on how your chickens are raised and fed. If they have at least a few acres of grass to roam in for insects and worms, and you're feeding them 100% organic, non-GMO supplemental food you should easily get 3 to 4$ a dozen for the eggs. Eggs of this quality are top notch, both in taste and nutrition - a lot of people are willing to pay for quality. A farm around here is selling eggs as I described above for 4.25 a dozen and they're constantly selling out.
As far as the meat goes go, the same farm is asking as little as $6.67 for a 1.75 pound whole chicken, up to $16.84 for a 4.75 pound whole chicken.
