How can i tell if my cat will be a shirt or long hair?

I have an orange kitten 10 weeks old with short hair will he have long or short hair when will i be able to tell apx

Well i dont think your cat can be a shirt

If your kitten has short hair at 10 weeks of age, he will always have short hair. Once a kitten reaches about 8 weeks, his coat begins the slow maturing process; kittens destined to have long hair will be much "fuzzier" than their counterparts.
