Do Canadians need a passport to travel to mexico, from Canada, NOT via the USA?

Canadians need a passport to travel to ANY country outside of Canada. They need a passport to go to the US, they need a passport to go to Mexico, they need a passport to go anywhere in the world that is not part of Canada

Yes. Canadians need a passport to travel outside Canada. Everybody needs a passport to travel outside their country. Might be some exceptions, but I don't know of any.

Mexico requires you to have a passport and a tourist permit to enter the country. No way around that. Canada requires you to have a passport to get on any plane leaving the country.

What? Canadians need a passport to fly anywhere outside of Canada, same goes for every other nationality..its a pretty standard procedure worldwide. If im not mistaken Canadians don't need a passport to fly within Canada, only a license.

Yes. Passports are required for all international flights.
That's the law in every country...that's why passports exist in the first place.
