What are some good books that are over 300 pages long?

I want to read thick novels, looking for recommendations. My favourite genres are fantasy, sci fi, horror, and historical. Please no teen/YA books, thanks

The black dagger brotherhood series. There's 11 in total all over 300 pages some like 600 they are amazing. The 12 comes out in 2014. They are vampire book that are much better than twilight. But still love stories with a ton of action.

I have always been partial to reading Lord of the Rings - much more details than the movie. When I was in high school, since my family could not afford to take vacations, I would spend my time with the Elves in Lothlorien every summer.

War and Peace----see you next year.

Some of Clive Barkers Fantasy/scifi/horror books are massive, try Weaveworld, genuinely disturbing.
