    So there has never been a "successful" government there are only those who avoid "scr*wing the pooch" for a little longer than others...Some governments, like imperial Spain sent their citizens out to take other peoples stuff and then skimmed "off the top"...It worked for a while...our system with a "limited federal government" seems to be the most successful...but as the limits on the feds go away, more problems seem to appear

    chine ma,,the have low tax low reg environments to entice busisses,thay boom,,they loan money to us,they grow their military on our interest payments,,they,russia,drill national resources,natural gas,coal,,yes,,coal,they use nuclear power,,like sweden,,chiles' social democracy collects mass amounts of revenues from mineral & copper mining,nad hence provide nice sosh bennies,,russia,china,sweden,norway,france,,all use nuclear power,

    china models its tax policies on jfks tax cuts in 61,,france was kennedys' model

    ma you want more revenue,,,for railroads,nice villages,quiet,serene,?/,these are the roads other have traveled,,those roads get you there
