Is it hysterical that, if one was to toss out all the people who "true christians" claim...?

... are not "true christians", what you would be left with is about 50 people?

Not really much of a movement, would you say?

It would be the smallest religion in the world.

Ever notice that the catholics are not Christians unless someone is tallying up to see what the worlds biggest religion is.

In that case and that case only are they considered Christians.

What you would have is millions of different groups that claim to be the true True Christians. Like it is now.

Considering the number of internal contradictions within the Bible and even within Jesus' supposed sayings, the concept of a "true Christian" is an impossibility.

Yet another statistic that you have pulled out of the thin air of your theological opinion and attempt to get a bunch of amens from the nonbelievers.

The answer to your first question is no. The answer to your second question depends on how one reads the double negative in the structure of the question.

For someone who thinks that salvation through Christ is not much of a movement, you sure spend a large percentage of your time attempting to bring it down. How is that working out for you so far?

I know. "True Christians" are a tiny minority cult and don't deserve to call themselves a majority that's entitled to get their way all the time.

You will find that in Matthew 7:13 -14

13"Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. 14"For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.

A true Christian has accepted Jesus as their Savior. I would say a lot of people are saved. Now, some people don't act very Christian like, but they are still saved, if they accepted Jesus as their Savior.

It is not exactly hysterical . It is like all the atheists who claim Joseph Stalin who out killed Hitler was not a real atheist because he was also communist.

People do what they need to do to feel better about themselves.

Some of us harass people online. Others drink whiskey.
