If the Supreme Court upholds the ACA contraception mandate for religious institutions...?
Will my Priest be forced to give out birth control pills instead of Communion on Sunday?
Just how far does the government think it can encroach on our religious rights?

The law is the law:
"When followers of a particular sect enter into commercial activity as a matter of choice, the limits they accept on their own conduct as a matter of conscience and faith are not to be superimposed on the statutory schemes which are binding on others in that activity."
-- Chief Justice Warren Burger; from decision 'Lee v. United States' (1982)

Of course your example is exaggerated to the point of hysteria. You are, after all, an American Conservative. Chicken Little can teach you nothing.
At issue is whether an employer may withhold a benefit from an employee based solely on their personal religious belief. To rule that they can would be to rule that they may require all their employees to share those beliefs.
This is not new law here.

I don't feel that companies should be allowed to force their beliefs on their employees. The Supreme Court said that corporations are people. As such how can one person (Hobby Lobby) dictate to all their employees? This is where democracy will break down.

Your priest may need to use some contraceptives as well.

All religions hate the fact that they are forced to provide for abortions, morning after pill.
