At what age would you say that your kid is too old to sit on Santa's lap at the mall?

Even if you don't have kids, what do you think the age limit is?

    I would never allow my child to set on some strangers lap in the mall. I don't know where the hell they found that guy at

    well if the kid is willing to sit on santas lap........ then he /she is not too old...depends on the kid........

    santa here waves to me..and im grandma hahaah..but i draw the line of sitting on his lap lol
