Jesus said 'I ...AM...the truth'....so we have a basis for truth embodied through

and by Jesus, who created everything.

The Greek word...which can be useful here means 'to not conceal'.

and this is interesting to me because the Word says that Jesus knew no sin,

and definitely the Jews, ie. the Pharisees were certainly tempting Him

constantly to sin...all the time in all kinds of ways, and always they failed.

Truth...ie. Jesus concealed nothing, and He is pure, and all those who

wanted darkness either flee from it, or, as some do here, try to attack it,

    or you yourself.

This is normal, part of REALITY.

Reality is how things are at any given time, thus reality will change,

and can be good or bad, which may also be a judgement call.

For example, it is part of reality that many people in most cities are

homeless. And it's a reality that many kids who run on the streets

    are never heard from again.

It will be a reality that there are wealthier and wealthier individuals

    in society.

Another reality is that pollution in the seas is very high now, and fish

    are dying.

I think reality begins to cast a pall on things.

But truth in Christ is only uplifting, because the Word says WE will be

led into all truth by the Holy Spirit.

What often happens in Christ is that what WAS concealed becomes

UNconcealed by the light of Christ. We were looking into a holiday

which was so tooted as excellent but something just ...niggled,

or agitated me, ...maybe ...'drove me' to keep looking? And I saw

then that this place while OK, is just not what all the various sales

    pitches say it is.

The truth makes us free....and in this case, to not go there with

preconceived ideas which would lead to bad decisions, very likely

to get scammed. But knowing how it is will help us be balanced,

not expect too much, not be disappointed.

If it's the truth, then it's also the reality.

Reality is the concept of defining things as they are, the truth is defining something as it is.

Same thing, just a different context.

Jesus IS NOT ALMIGHTY GOD he is God's created, firstborn, Son . He is not equal to Jehovah God. He had a beginning. He doesn't know everything God knows. He never said he was Almighty God. That is truth and reality.

Reality is the truth but ones reality can differ from another's...

the truth is what it is... it only has one interpretation

    I will share scripture and let you ponder on it;

    .John 10:30

I and my Father are one.

    Luke 17:11-19

    King James Version (KJV)

11 And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12 And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off:

13 And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

15 And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God,

16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

17 And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?

18 There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

19 And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.
