Which Branch of Government Declares Laws Unconstitutional?

    Answer

The Supreme Court, as the highest body of the Legislative Branch, is the branch of the government that declares laws as unconstitutional. All issues about the constitutions are settled by the Supreme Court. As the highest court of the land, no other courts can over ride the Supreme Court's decisions.

What Powers Does the Legislative Branch Have?

The legislative branch of government is in charge of creating and passing laws. This branch is made up of Congress, which consists of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Although this branch has the ability to create and pass laws, other branches of the government, such as the executive branch and the judicial branch, have their own powers that help keep a set of checks and balances in the U.S. government and prevent each branch from having too much power over the others.

    Sadly, you don't understand Obama

He has the authority to run all Federal Departments within context of laws defined by Congress

  • I think you're going to need a little more than that to make any kind of point...that really doesn't address any actual issue

your image doesn't even address half the constitutional powers that each branch has...

EDIT: many impeachable offenses? like what? lol... you said liberals provided no examples and you manage to do the same yourself? lol

No. Sadly, cons never cared about the separation of powers with any other president before Obama, yet they want to wail about it now. Wonder why? Obama, for just one example, has used the executive order FAR less than the presidents before him.

Because libs believe the ends justifies the means. They feel they have the right to do whatever they want if it gets the results they want.

Strange, though, that they constantly accuse conservatives of doing this, yet they provide no examples.

B0 has committed many impeachable offenses, but no one has the guts to call him on them. This is much, much more offensive than Clinton lying under oath about a sexual enounter. B0 is destroying our Constitution and doing things that can't be repaired with just a phone and a pen. His crimes will be with us for generations.

Would that include invading a sovereign nation without consulting with congress at all, the same way Reagan did?

Because your loony little stories have no basis in reality.

They want Obama to support them and their 14 children.
