Being an apple developer?
I recently got interested into the making apps thing and i noticed a good way is to become an apple developer and make apps for the app store. But there's a 99 dollar annual fee so before i pay i just want to get my doubts cleared. I have no programming knowledge whatsoever. If i sign up for this will it give me guidelines on how to make apps?

Well, there is access to forums, videos, and templates, but I suggest learning more about programming before spending money. You could also try making apps for Android, their SDK is free. http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

You can download the development tools for free. Look for Xcode on the App Store. You can use books or online references to learn. When you want to sell you own apps on the App Store, you will have to become a registered developer ($99).
