Made login.php's. What now?

I have a website And I want to make a login form. I made login.php login_success checklogin.php logout.php and connection.php. Now when I type in my things for signing up on the site I get: Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'sebbyw'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /home2/sebbyw/public_html/checklogin.php on line 10

cannot connect I don't know what this means. I put the .php's in public_html in cpanel. What do I do?

    It means PHP can't establish a connection to your MySQL server. This could be a combination of an incorrectly entered host name, database user, and/or database password. I would check those and make sure they are entered correctly.

    $link = mysql_connect('localhost', 'mysql_username', 'mysql_password');

    if (!$link) {

    die('Could not connect: ' . mysql_error());

    echo 'Connected successfully';

    check for your mysql_username and mysql_password for misspelling .
