Where to buy commercial egg replacer in Canada?
Which stores sell commercial egg replacer in Canada. I want to be on a Vegan diet, but I don't want to use eggs while baking. Any substitutes?

I use a flax seed meal emulsion, I have a friend who's wife runs a vegan bakery/cafe and food store, she uses it for all her baking, the Bulk Barn sells it relatively cheap, you just soak the meal in boiling water for 10 minutes strain of the meal and the liquid will congeal and works exactly like eggs in baking and other thing egg would be used, it does have a slight nutty flavour.
I use a 50/50 ratio of meal to water, but 40/60 is fine to.
