Can I Sue My Parents Because I Got A Action Jackson Doll Instead Of G I Joe With the Kung Fu Grip?
Hear me out ...
I'm reading about a student who was booted or voluntarily left home and is suing to get her school and other things including lawyer fees paid for.
She says they should pay for certain things.
They say she should do certain chores and follow a curfew.
Somebody is making this bigger than it is but I want to know what you say.
Is the student wrong or right?
Are the parents liable or should they tell her where she can get off?
More importantly should I seek litigation for the 40 odd years I have had to endure mental anguish and suffering because my parents didn't understand that not having the G I Joe with the Kung Fu grip was the only thing between me and my destiny of complete world domination?
http://www.megomuseum.com/actionjackson/images/AAA... this is what I got for Christmas.
http://www.parrygamepreserve.com/images/giJoe/kung... what I really needed :)
Thanks and thumbs up to all who answer ... just give me time to get back and read the answers.
Even the packaging is awesome for the G I Joe with the Kung Foo (corrected spelling) Grip!

The parents are not abusive, they did not throw her out, they told her what their rules and requirements were and she was the one that chose to lose. This child is definitely misguided, and there are also alcohol problems here.

I did because my GI Joe came with a Jiu Jitsu grip
