Lose about 10kg (more or less)?

Hi, I'm an Asian female about 5'1" tall... And I weigh about 60 kg, I want to lose about 10 kg help? I used to play sports quite a lot, so I am already kinda muscle-y I don't want to build anymore muscle and want to lose all my fat. Help me please?

If all you are going to say if "love yourself" and such then let me say this first, I do love myself, I just want to look better. Every girl want to look their best after all.

    I don't think that this plan will work for long term weight loss (i.e. keeping it off). Also, it does more harm to your body to yo-yo up and down quickly then just staying overweight. If you want to lose that much weight, you need to diet and exercise, but not fast. Fasting will make your body go into starvation mode--basically, you body will store everything because it thinks your in trouble. I do a combo of weight watchers and taebo. I lost about 15 pounds in the first month and am still losing. You have to change your eating habits or you'll just gain it back. Please consider trying an actual diet and not fasting.
