is it okay to be a walk-in customer in a apartment office?

im planning to visit some apartment offices and i have several on my list, im just wondering if i could visit and ask infos... i already visited their website but when i was calling them their offices are already closed.

    A large apartment complex should have someone there to talk to during business hours, a smaller one will not and you would need to make an appointment. Unless there are immediate vacant units to show you, they will need to give 24 to 48 hour showing notice to any tenants who still occupy, so you might want to call for an appointment anyway.

    In my experience, most apartments are very accommodating if you walk in. After all, you are the customer and they are trying to sell you a product. However, it is always better and more polite to call, even if it's only an hour or two before to say you are in the area and would like to see the property.
