why does the united states tolerate illegal immigration but Canada dosen't?
just wondering but how come our neighbor to the north doesn't tolerate illegal immigration but the united states does. Now I get, mexico is a 3rd world cease-pool and most Mexicans are extremely poor and just want a chance in life which is why they come to the land of opportunity. What I don't get however is why the federal government actually encourages illegal immigration by permitting sanctuary cities.
taylor-canada is not that smart, labor unions have too much power in that country.

One key difference between Americans and Canadians is that America was built on a fundamental distrust of governments. The entire Constitution is designed to protect people from its government. The US federal system is designed around the premise of not giving any large branches of government too much power. States are given much more powers, especially in law enforcement. The federal executive is itself broken into multiple department in an endless layer of checks and balances.
Canada doesn't have this. Its social, education, employment, law enforcement, etc. and other systems are much more highly integrated. Key is that employers must submit social insurance numbers to Canada Revenue Agency when hiring an new employee and these must be verified by CRA before you can issue any pay. Banks requires SINs (and report them to CRA) when you open a bank account. Provinces require SINs when applying for health insurance -- and verify these against income tax returned. Canada has a national police force (representing nearly half the police in the country) which maintains all criminal records and which any police department can access. Schools require proof of citizenship or legal residency when enrolling children. It has more unions and professional organizations. Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Canadian Border Services Agency can feed visa-overstays into this.
Most importantly... Canadian employers simply don't hire illegals in any large number. Besides being illegal, its a massive tax issue -- if you don't recognize payroll expenses, you end up paying taxes on that. Finally, individual Canadians simply aren't willing to break the law by hiring illegals or turn a blind eye to companies which do. Canadians aren't willing to break the law to save $2/hour on an illegal nanny, cook, or fruit pickers. Companies which hire illegal workers are highly likely to get serious bad publicity. Finally, Canadians don't suffer from the "don't rat" mentality. They are far more likely to turn in illegals -- especially those in their own immigrant community which resent the heck of illegals since they had to go through years of checks and requirements in order to qualify.

The agenda from "the powers that be" is for racial mixing and immigration.
Maybe they aren't focussing on Canada now.
The U.S. is the leader in the NWO.
Maybe Canada is a tougher nut to crack and not as strategic.

Mexico doesn't tolerate illegal immigration either. Their government senses no hypocrisy advocating the US allow something they are unwilling to allow.

You can never understand until you are born into poverty and subjection like illegal immigrants are. If you were in their circumstances; you would want people to have compassion on you. If you don't have compassion on them, you WILL be born into their circumstances.
