How do I upgrade my Android?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace II GT-S7560M phone that currently runs Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich). I would like to update my OS to either Jellybean or KitKat. When I scan my phone to check for any updates it will scan and say "No update available". There's nothing wrong with my Internet connection or anything. Is there any other way of updating my phone? Anything would be appreciated.

and that dude that says Andriod sucks, you have no clue do you. Apple is a closed architecture, they dictate to you. Android is an open architecture. They are both based on Unix, and both stable, just Apple treats you like a child. You happy with that? Good.
