vegetarians how do i lose weight?
im vegetarian and im trying to lose weight, what kinds of breakfast lunch snacks do you follow to lose weight? i want to change my food intake also work out for an hour atleast...

I've been a vegan for 23 years. I congratulate you on making the switch to a vegetarian diet.
It sounds like you're doing well, but I recommend that you make some small changes to your diet.
You don't appear to be eating any beans or lentils - these are an important source of protein, iron, and zinc for vegetarians.
Also, you appear to be eating too few calories. I definitely understand that you are trying to lose weight. However, if you eat way too few calories, then you risk becoming deficient in protein, vitamins and minerals.
Have you thought about making an appointment with a Registered Dietitian? A Registered Dietitian is a professional with a university degree in human nutrition. They can help you to tweak and improve your vegetarian diet. They can also help you to plan nutritionally-complete vegetarian meals that support your weight-loss goals.

What do you eat right now? Are you a boy or a girl? What sort of body do you want? I'm not a veggie, I'm not a girl, and I'm not fat, but I can tell you that if you're a veggie girl who wants to be skinny, just jog for 15-30 minutes a day without stopping. After you jog, don't eat more than you normally would. By the way, you're probably not as heavy as you think you are. What's your height and weight? Depending on your BMI, it might be that you need to do different types of workout to tone your muscle, rather than lose fat. This could mean something like cycling, which is actually really fun, or squat workouts, if you want an a.s.s, lol.

I think its harder to lose weight on a healthy vegetarian diet. In order to eat all the protein and nutrients you need - you need to consume a lot of carbs.
What is true for any dieter, is even more true for vegetarian dieters - exercise is essential.
One thing you should maybe reduce or eliminate is bakery items. Although those grains are a good and easy way to meet your nutritional needs, they also contain a lot of carbs.

im a girl, im vegetarian and i basically eat my green smoothie in the mornings oatmeal sandwiches with vegetables salads drink water and teas i am 5'4 and 161 lbs so my bmi shouldnt be at that im not faat but im not where i need to be you get me lol
