Let's say chicken eggs and you had as much clean water as you wanted.

The most nutritionally complete single food item is beans -- that is, legumes. They have the dietary fiber lacking in meat, all the essential amino acids you need, and you can make them taste great with a few seasonings like onions, garlic and salt.

Okay, so as for the egg situation, eggs are good, except they are also lacking in dietary fiber. So if you eat only eggs, within a week you should be so constipated that your insides are about to explode. It can take a week for it all to move through your system once you start eating some fiber, like iceberg lettuce, or those beans I mentioned above. Best to eat your eggs with some fiber and enjoy the diversity.
