I assume 12 300 cm are for volume, so cubed. l x w x h=V
Assume Prime factorisation: 12 300 = Tooo long
Guess and check: NxXxY=12 300 = 123x10x10
123 is divisible by 3. 123/3=41x30x10=12 300
30 is now divisible by 2.
I'm sorry but I won't use up my weekend on decimal calculations of an improperly stated question.
You have 41x15x20. Work on from there.

what does "12 300cm" mean? The cm is for length, not area or volume.
