This is a study based on a real case.

    Further details.

He has a history of hypertension.

He has an anaemic blood disorder that requires monthly transfusions.

He is currently slightly anaemic with low platelet count.

His spleen was removed after a childhood accident.

His heart rate is high 100 beats per minute.

    His bilirubin level is elevated

PB is a bit low 95/60

    He has two pet dogs.

    I am thinking Lyme disease.

Given that he has no spleen he should be started on antibiotics at once.

    Anyone have any further suggestions?
