I don't know where you live, but generally "overtime" is 1.5 x ordinary time and "double time" is 2 x ordinary time, as it suggests.

So to convert either back into ordinary rates, you divide by 1.5 or by 2.

    e.g. Number 7, overtime is $16.05, so ordinary time is (16.05/1.5) = $10.70.
