how do you adjust the tv picture format with the Xbox One?

i have a Panasonic TC-L32C3 using AT&T U-verse through my Xbox One and it wont adjust the picture format properly and im viewing my tv through a smaller window its frustrating me cause i tried the format settings the tv has

the picture is fine if i remove the Xbox One from the setup so it has to be the console

Try going into your settings / TV & OneGuide and make adjustments there.
